It’s me Jenny. I have been so busy, but I wanted to stop and say Happy New Year to all of you. I have a book coming out soon. Junior Rabbit Travels to Pennsylvania. I told you about it before, I think. But, anyway. I want to know if you all are doing your best in school and I really want to know if you all are reading and making trips to the Library. Remember what I told you before, “Reading opens up the world to you.” So, let’s get reading.
I’ll talk to you again real soon. Here’s a picture of my new book cover.
I’ll let you know when to get it. Let’s excel in school, reading, friendship, chores, and being a nice person to other kids.
Well, we’ve all had a wonderful Thanksgiving day and hopefully the rest of the week will be just as good.
Monday we’ll all return to school. So, try to get in your minds right now that you are going to do even better than you already have done. The second half of this semester is coming in January for most of us and some of us will have different classes. Don’t stop working hard now. Oh no! I want you to EXCEL!
Just in case you don’t know what the word excel means, I’ll tell you: Excel means to be superior or better at, to outdo or to do extremely well. I know that all of you can do that because you already have a good study habit and are making great grades.
So, let’s just keep it up. If you got a “B” on that last test, make an “A” on the next test. That is what a person who excels does. He or she gets better and better. So, remember when you get back to school this coming Monday, go to the head of the class.
